Celebrate Family in Chișinău: Games, Weddings & More
On International Family Day, various activities will be held in Chișinău to celebrate this important occasion.
The festivities will kick off at 2:00 PM in the Green Theater Area of Valea Morilor Park with a cultural and artistic event highlighting the significance of family and its role in fostering a healthy social environment.
The event will commence with a range of engaging activities for children, including creative games and arts and crafts workshops.
Following this, at 4:00 PM, an artistic program featuring music and dance performances is scheduled.
Concurrently, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the "Alunelul" Park in the Buiucani sector will host the cultural and artistic event "Family - the Foundation of Society."
This event will feature a variety of activities, such as sidewalk chalk drawings, sports competitions, children's races, public marriage proposals, a public wedding ceremony for young couples from the Buiucani sector, a celebration of long-lasting marriages, and a musical and artistic program.
Furthermore, additional events dedicated to International Family Day will be organised throughout all sectors of the capital city.
The public is invited to participate in all events free of charge.
