Accident in Comrat: a pedestrian hit by a car with foreign license plates
A man died on the morning of April 17, after he was hit by a car at the intersection of Eliberării str. and Cotovschi str. in Comrat municipality.
According to the General Inspectorate of Carabinieri, the victim was crossing the street illegally when he was hit by a car with foreign license plates. Unfortunately, the man died on the spot as a result of the impact.
The Carabinieri of the "Sud" Regional Directorate, on a mission to maintain public order, quickly intervened on the scene to secure the area and provide support to the competent authorities.
The police opened an investigation to establish the circumstances of the accident.
