Parliament hosts 10th Moldovan-Polish Parliamentary Assembly: European integration and bilateral cooperation on the agenda

The Parliament will host the 10th Session of the Joint Parliamentary Assembly with the Republic of Poland on Tuesday, May 13, starting at 10:00 a.m. The event will be opened by the co-chairs of the Parliamentary Assembly, Doina Gherman and Marek Tomasz Hok.

The discussions will focus on the Republic of Moldova's European integration process, Poland's best practices in this area, and the strengthening of Moldovan-Polish bilateral relations. Additionally, participants will address issues related to Poland's assistance in Moldova's development.

At the end of the session, a joint declaration from both parliamentary delegations will be adopted. Following this, co-chairs Doina Gherman and Marek Tomasz Hok will hold press statements starting at 12:15 PM in the lobby of the Europa Hall in Parliament.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Poland is an interparliamentary consultative body established on July 25, 2011, in Chisinau. Its purpose is to promote common viewpoints on matters of bilateral interest, and it meets annually, alternating between the two countries.
