Chișinău Court of Appeal evacuated after bomb alert
A bomb alert was reported at the Chișinău Court of Appeal in the capital city on May 14th.
The alert was confirmed to Teleradio-Moldova by Cristina Talpă, press officer for the Chișinău Municipal Police Department. According to police, an unknown person reported an explosive device inside the building.
All specialized services responded urgently to the scene. People inside the building were evacuated, and the area was cordoned off for public safety. Currently, law enforcement are sweeping the building and attempting to identify the person responsible for the threat.
