"Today we find ourselves in front of a vast void that words cannot fill. The Republic of Moldova, as well as the entire artistic world, mourns the eternal departure of the one who was and remains a symbol of our nation - Master Eugen Doga. It is challenging to speak in the past about a man who, through his music, has already entered eternity. Because Eugen Doga's music is not just art, it is the breath of this land, its people, love, pain, hope and dreams", said Minister Prodan.

In whatever country we would have arrived, upon hearing the name of the country Moldova – his second name was Eugen Doga. Maestro Doga will remain for us a role model, a model of courage, of creation, of modesty", declared Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei.
