Moldova's parliamentary election calendar announced
The electoral period for the upcoming parliamentary elections on September 28 will kick off on July 14. Candidates for deputy positions can submit their registration documents between July 20 and August 19.
According to the electoral calendar, approved by the Central Electoral Commission on June 18, the process for nominating and collecting signatures to support independent candidates for parliamentary seats will also begin on July 20.
Additionally, electoral blocs can register their documents at the Central Electoral Commission headquarters between June 20 and August 13 for this autumn's elections.
The official electoral campaign for the parliamentary elections is set to start on August 29, 2025.
It's important to note that the current legislature's mandate expires on July 26, 2025, marking exactly four years since its formation.
