Moldovan Post launches stamps honoring writer Vladimir Beșleagă and composer Eugen Doga

The state enterprise "Poșta Moldovei" launched a new philatelic issue on June 24, titled "Personalities. Commemorations," honoring the notable personalities Vladimir Beșleagă and Eugen Doga.
Vladimir Beșleagă is celebrated as an iconic author in Moldovan literature. He is renowned for his novels' profound depth and moral voice, which have left a lasting impact on an era.
Eugen Doga is a legendary composer with an impressive international career. He is known for his contributions to film music, symphonies, and romances and is considered a symbol of Moldovan refinement and musical sensitivity.
The postage stamps, each valued at 5 lei, have been printed in a limited edition of 25,000 copies and are available for purchase at all post offices nationwide.
Additionally, "Prima zi" envelopes were released in a limited edition, with 200 copies dedicated to each personality. These envelopes are considered true philatelic treasures intended for collectors and history enthusiasts.
