The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has established the overall cap for contributions that can be deposited into the "Initiative Group Account" to support independent candidates for deputy, amounting to 57,564 Moldovan Lei (MDL).
Additionally, the maximum amount of funds that can be deposited into and transferred to the "Electoral Fund" for use by electoral contestants in the parliamentary elections on September 28 has been set at approximately 75.9 million MDL.
Furthermore, the amount of interest-free loans allocated to electoral contestants for the parliamentary elections has been set: 50,000 MDL for each political party and electoral bloc, and 10,000 MDL for each independent candidate.
According to the CEC, the procedure for granting and repaying these interest-free loans to electoral contestants for their electoral campaigns will be stipulated in a regulation approved by an order of the Minister of Finance.
For the monitoring of the election, two individuals from the public association "Union of Jurists of Moldova" have been accredited as national observers.
During its session on July 19, the CEC approved the first public information message, developed as part of its information campaign for the parliamentary elections on September 28, 2025.
