Frost warning: Yellow-level alert issued nationwide
Meteorologists have issued a Yellow-level frost warning nationwide. The warning is valid for 20–21 October, according to the national weather service.
On Monday night and Tuesday morning, isolated air frost is expected in valleys and low-lying ground, with lows of -1C to -2C.
Widespread air frost is forecast for Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, occurring over large areas, with lows of -1C to -3C.
Daytime temperatures on Monday and Tuesday are expected to reach 11C. Temperatures are then expected to rise, with highs of 18C forecast later in the week.
