Tiraspol residents benefit from educational and counseling services at a new center
Tatiana Yascova, an entrepreneur, established a social enterprise in Tiraspol to help individuals develop their skills in eight key areas. The center provides modern training programs in fields such as web design, graphic design, interior design, project management, and artificial intelligence.
During the summer school of career guidance, teenagers can explore which professions suit them, explains Tatiana Yascova, the founder of the center. She also notes that the center welcomes retired seniors who are looking for an active and fulfilling life.
"We work with a diverse group of people who can benefit from our educational services and counseling. Our clients include individuals at various stages of life who need new knowledge and skills. This also encompasses middle and senior managers, corporate clients, and, of course, young people. Our social demographic includes women raising children with disabilities, single mothers, and those facing challenging life situations. Additionally, we train retirees who are not ready to step back from work but want to update their knowledge and skills," Tatiana Yascova shared on the show "Morning with Radio Moldova."
The inspiring achievements of the trainees motivate Tatiana to continue the center's social mission.
"We are launching a summer school of career guidance for teenagers aged 13 to 17, where they can experiment with different professions and find answers to their questions about future career paths and educational opportunities. They can explore eight different fields of study. Nothing makes us happier than witnessing the new skills our students acquire. For instance, at the graduation of the interior design group, we were truly inspired by the real skills our students demonstrated. This motivates us and confirms that we are on the right track," she said.
Tatiana Yascova also has advice for aspiring entrepreneurs: "Have the courage to take the leap. With determination, competence, and energy, beautiful things and remarkable activities can emerge."
