Arsenal won the high-stakes match against Bayern Munich, continuing their perfect run in the Champions League.

The Gunners defeated the Bavarian side 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium. Meanwhile, FC Liverpool suffered another embarrassing defeat and appear to be heading into a crisis.

Arsenal opened the scoring against Bayern using their preferred weapon: the corner. Jurrien Timber scored in the 22nd minute. The German champions responded with a goal from 17-year-old youngster Lennart Karl. In the second half, the Gunners regained the lead thanks to Noni Madueke's goal in the 69th minute, and shortly thereafter, Gabriel Martinelli capitalized on a rash outing from Manuel Neuer's goal to net one himself.

Arsenal is the only team with a perfect record of 15 points from a possible 15 in the Champions League.

In the meantime, FC Liverpool registered yet another inexplicable defeat. The Reds lost their home game against PSV Eindhoven with a score of 1-4. Couhaib Driouech scored 2 goals for the Dutch side, with Ivan Perisic and Guus Til adding one each.

Another clash between European football giants saw Atletico Madrid take on Inter Milan. The Spanish side won the match 2-1. Julian Alvarez scored for the hosts, Piotr Zielinski equalised, and Jose Maria Gimenez delivered the late winner in the 90+3rd minute.

It was a total spectacle in the French capital as well. Paris Saint-Germain defeated Tottenham Hotspur 5-3. The Portuguese midfielder Vitinha was the hero of the match for the Parisians with a sensational hat-trick. Fabian Ruiz and William Pacho also scored for the reigning Champions League holder.

And Kylian Mbappé scored 4 goals for Real Madrid in their away fixture against Olympiacos Piraeus. Los Blancos overcame the Greek champions with a 4-3 scoreline.

Real Madrid currently has 12 points, the same as Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, and Inter Milan.
