A 53-year-old woman tragically lost her life in a serious road accident near the village of Ghindești, Florești district. The tragedy occurred on the morning of December 12 at approximately 10:20 AM.
According to the General Inspectorate of Police (IGP), a Citroën car, driven by a 53-year-old man, reportedly skidded off the road due to excessive speed. The vehicle hit a tree and overturned.
The driver’s 53-year-old wife was also in the car. Unfortunately, she died at the scene, while the man was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
The police launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
