Moldovagaz closes consumer relations center on Pușkin Str.
The Consumer Relations Center of SA "Moldovagaz," located at 64 Alexandru Pușkin Str. in Chișinău, will permanently discontinue in-person visitor services starting March 6, 2026. After this date, the office will only assist clients with outstanding debts that were accumulated by August 31, 2025.
According to the company, this week the center has been welcoming consumers to provide them with guidance during the transition period related to switching to a different natural gas supplier.
Currently, all requests regarding natural gas supply, consumption billing, contractual relations, and other related matters are handled by the Customer Relations Center of SA "Energocom." As of September 1, 2025, the company has taken on the public service obligation to supply natural gas to final consumers at regulated prices.
We would like to highlight that starting March 2, 2026, Energocom opened its own Customer Relations Center in Chisinau, located at 6V Ion Creangă Str., where all consumers are encouraged to reach out for assistance.
At the new center, citizens can request help with changing their supplier, reconnecting their consumption point, issuing or correcting invoices, signing natural gas supply contracts, changing the contract holder, or updating personal information.
The center operates from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, without a lunch break. Citizens can also request information through the call center at the number 1304.
The other Energocom customer relations centers across the country continue to operate as usual, and consumers can still contact the company's regional offices for assistance.
