Damage and casualty assessments

The independent OSINT investigative project ASTRA established that the Ukrainian assault on Slavyansk-na-Kubani triggered a massive fire on the grounds of the Slavianski refinery.

Local Russian authorities later confirmed the industrial fire. Officials reported that the explosions severed a regional fuel pipeline and disrupted nearby power grids. The night attacks in the Krasnodar region left one person dead and another injured.

Logistical disruptions

Yaroslavl Governor Mikhail Yevrayev confirmed that local officials temporarily closed the main highway leading toward Moscow following drone alerts early on June 28.

Civilian traffic resumed hours later after authorities cleared the security threat. The governor did not provide specific details regarding physical damages or structural consequences at the Yaroslavl refinery site.
