Bacalaureat 2024: July supplementary exam schedule

The National Examination Commission approved the list of Baccalaureate Centers for the national baccalaureate exam's supplementary session on July 10.

According to the Ministry of Education and Research, approximately 3,162 candidates have registered for this stage, which is set to take place from July 15 to 19, following the 2024 academic calendar.

The exam will be administered across 14 baccalaureate centers nationwide. To facilitate the exams, 15 organization and evaluation committees have been established, comprising over 120 evaluating teachers.

The first candidates will enter the exam halls on July 14 for the Romanian Language and Literature exam for non-native speakers, with 219 students registered. On July 15, the Language of Instruction exam is scheduled for 156 candidates. The following day, July 16, will host the Foreign Language exam, taken by 1,307 students. Next, on July 17, is the Specialized Subject exam, which is the most popular, attracting 1,952 participants. The final exam, the Optional Subject, will occur on July 18, with 281 candidates.

All exams will commence at 10:00 AM. Test verification is slated for July 14–23, and preliminary results will be posted at the baccalaureate centers on July 24. Candidates will have 48 hours, on July 24 and 25, to submit appeals. Final results, after the review of appeals, will be announced on July 29.
