Moldova's schools embrace digital learning with new online system

Over 700 of Moldova's educational institutions—approximately 60% of the total—are set to use a new online record system during the 2025–2026 school year.
The platform digitises the educational process and facilitates direct communication between teachers and parents. According to the Ministry of Education, this number represents a significant increase from the previous year, when only half of the country's schools used the system.
The new system provides access to data on student performance and attendance. This includes evaluations, grades, absences, and teacher comments, as well as details about topics covered in class and homework assignments.
From 9–15 September, the Ministry will hold online training sessions for schools implementing the system for the first time. Details will be communicated directly to participating schools.
An updated list of institutions using the system and access instructions for parents is available on the Ministry's website.
