Under 1 leu spent per vote, nearly 10,500 lei per female member of Parliament

The political parties that participated in the parliamentary elections on September 28 will receive 0.99 lei for each vote they received. The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) established the amount of state budget allocations for political parties for the months of November and December 2025 during a meeting held on November 6.

The largest share of funding will go to the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), which secured the most votes in the parliamentary elections and obtained 55 deputy mandates. Specifically, the 792,557 votes will result in PAS receiving over 791,000 lei per month.

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has also established monthly allowances for elected women deputies for November and December 2025, totalling over 10,498 lei each.

Additionally, each young deputy elected in the parliamentary elections will receive over 21,580 lei per month.

Certain parties will not receive funding from the state budget until the end of the year due to a prior Commission decision that temporarily suspended allowances for these parties. The parties affected include the Party for the Future of Moldova, the Party of Common Action - Civic Congress, the National Liberal Party, the National Reunification Party "Home," and the "Democracy at Home" Party.

It is noteworthy that following the parliamentary elections on September 28, 37 women have been elected to Parliament, and 12 deputies are aged 18 to 35.
