After spending several years working abroad, Elizaveta Ghimp returned home to take over her parents' trade and transformed it into a small family business.

"My parents were farmers, and they initially grew tomatoes and cucumbers. But my mother was passionate about flowers, so they started cultivating them in the very same greenhouses. It was a lot of hard work, and my mother couldn't keep up, so she called on us to come home and help her," says Elizaveta Ghimp.

Despite the challenges of climate change, the flower growers must find ways to ensure optimal conditions for their flowers to thrive. While they initially worked in simple greenhouses, they have since upgraded to more modern, innovative ones.

"Four years ago, we invested in a more advanced greenhouse. It has walls, and the film is made of two layers with air in between, which protects us in the winter," the entrepreneur notes.

According to Elizaveta Ghimp, the secret to success is hard work.

"Through a lot of hard work, a lot of dedication, working day in and day out, from morning to night, without any days off, through much hard work and the love of doing something to stay in our home, next to our children, and on our land."
